Her career spans nearly ten years working with leading biotech and pharmaceutical companies to accelerate novel therapeutic development. Under her leadership, Propel Careers has expanded to offer career coaching, mentoring, and support services tailored to individuals in scientific and technical fields.

Lauren is also actively involved in the broader scientific community, serving as Chair on the Board of MassBioEd and on the Boards of MassBio and the National Tay-Sachs & Allied Diseases Association.
