Complete 15-12-9 repetitions for time of:
Clean and Jerk
Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul.
No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
Pick load for Clean and Jerk and keep it for all 3 sets.
Divide Clean and Jerk weight in pounds by number of seconds to completion for final score.
