GW Planning Committee,
I have scheduled the Taste Test with Heather at Hilton Garden Inn in Independence, MO. The taste test will take place on January 7th, 2025 at 2pm. The cost is $35.00 per person and will be served Family Style. You will be able to try all three options.
Pot Roast with Vegetable & Mashed Potatoes - Salad & Bread & Desert
Fettuccine with Vegetables - Salad & Bread & Desert
Chicken with Rice & Vegetable - Salad & Bread & Desert
After we finish our Tasting we will walk over to the Ballroom. I will have diagrams of how we will have tables set for both Friday Night &
Saturday Luncheon. I will also have a Menu established for the Ball. Please let me know by December 17th if you are going to participate in the Taste Test. I need to give Heather a head count by the 17th December.
