Learn the basics of fermenting foods and beverages, pick up some tips and tricks, and taste some delicious samples. This is a hands on class where you will be making 2 ferments, kimchi & saurerkraut and learning how to make kambachia. You will be taking a quart home of each to watch it go through the fermenting process and enjoy eating it in a few days. Don't miss out on this fun and educational experience!
