We will be back this year to join the team at Get Up To Speed with STEM, with lots of tabletop games to inspire you.Here is some information from the organisers:
'Get up to Speed with STEM is a live, annual, careers showcase event which aims to introduce, inform and inspire students, parents and teachers about the world of work in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Manufacturing (STEM) sectors. It’s a superb, highly interactive careers showcase which, for over fifteen years, has promoted STEM-related career opportunities to over 52,200 young people, educators and families from across the Sheffield City Region and beyond. Each event sees Magna Science Adventure Centre in Rotherham filled with fun and interactive exhibits from both local and national employers, to showcase their businesses, their industries and their employment opportunities'.
Bookings for schools to attend Get Up To Speed with STEM 2026 are NOW OPEN
GUTS will run over 2 days at Magna Science Adventure Centre:
Wednesday 18th March 2026 - Full Day exclusively for Secondary aged students and above
Thursday 19th March 2026 - Morning session exclusively for Primary aged students (8+) and SEND students.
