Join our fun and energising ladies-only Zumba session in the Activity Suite at NYS. This 45-minute class blends easy-to-follow dance routines with upbeat Latin and international music to give you a full-body workout that feels more like a party than exercise.
Suitable for all fitness levels, you can move at your own pace in a friendly and supportive environment. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, boost your confidence, relieve stress or simply enjoy some time for yourself, this session is a great way to do it.
No dance experience needed – just come along, have fun and get moving.
