About this Event
The topic of gut health has gained increasing attention recently as research in the medical community continues to grow and develop. Research is showing that our gut microbiome can affect every organ in our body as well as our digestion, immunity, serotonin/hormone secretion, detoxification and so much more.
Curious how this impacts YOUR health?!
This class will provide basic information about the important role of our gut, as well as offering you the oportunity to experience simple exercises you can do on a daily basis to help your gut function optimally :D

Meet Your Instructor:

Erin McDonough, MA, is a Body & Brain Yoga, Tai Chi, and QiGong instructor in Brookline, MA. Erin holds a Bachelors degree in Neuroscience from Hobart & William Smith University and a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling fom Lesley University. Her passion is for supporting people to achieve improved states of wellbeing as they navigate the struggles and joys of life. The Body & Brain approach allows people to learn how to use the body as a tool for exploring the connection between the invisible world of energy (the mind) with the tangible world of physicality. Through simple movements and breathing techniques you can experience your busy mind slow down for deep focus and relaxation.
