Following construction rules apply:
Open 4 booster packs. (48+4 cards)
Deck must be exactly 30 cards.
No color restrictions when building the deck.
You can include any number of cards with the same card number.
Participants will receive Promo Cards of Shining Finger and Shining Gundam as well as an Generation Eternal Promo Code and one lucky participant will be chosen at random to receive a special 1st Anniversary Playmat!
