We all experience malfunctions, but how you handle them can make a critical difference. Stop wasting precious seconds fumbling! Learn to diagnose and clear stoppages quickly and efficiently, getting you back to putting rounds on target in no time. This hands-on class will build the skills on demand that you need to stay calm and confident under pressure.
We'll cover everything from the most efficient techniques:
Understanding Stoppages: Learn the mechanics of your firearm and identify common malfunctions.
Clearing the "Jam": Master essential clearing procedures for both simple and complex stoppages.
Emergency Reloads: Be prepared for any situation with efficient emergency reloading techniques.
Inboard and Outboard Manipulations: Practice clearing malfunctions with a variety of methods.
Sharpen Your Skills: Hone your technique with both dry and live fire exercises.
Personal Bests: Track your progress and build confidence through individual timed drills.

Pre-requisites:
Students must have a good understanding of safe gun handling and range etiquette. Students must have had prior training in pistol marksmanship (basic marksmanship course, private instruction, etc.). A semi-auto handgun. At least 100 rounds of ammunition. Minimum of 3 magazines with at least one spare magazine pouch. 10 inert dummy rounds. A quality holster (No serpas, or nylon holsters). Note-taking gear. Water. No low-cut shirts or open-toed shoes. A brimmed hat is advised. Eye protection and ear protection. If you have questions on gear, please feel free to contact us.
