Guided Watercolor | Watercolor Lake at Wild State Cider in Duluth, Minn.

Join us on Sunday, November 15th at 2:00 PM at Wild State Cider for a creative and relaxing Choose Your Own Lake watercolor class!
You’ll create a custom piece inspired by your favorite lake, maybe your family cabin, favorite camping spot, lake home, or go-to summer getaway. We are the Land of 10,000 Lakes, and lake days are some of our favorite!
After registering, you’ll be prompted to fill out a form to submit your lake (a URL link works great). As long as the lake shape is fairly simple, think minimal tiny islands and not too many intricate channels, it will be easy for me to prep and trace, and easy for YOU to paint.
If you do not provide a lake or link, you will automatically be defaulted to Lake Superior.
In this class, we’ll explore blending, layering, washes, and texture using watercolor. You’ll then have the option to enhance your piece with abstract ink details, allowing your unique vision to come to life.
No experience needed! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned artist, this class is designed to be fun, approachable, and inspiring.
All supplies and instruction are included.
When: Sunday, November 15th, 2026
Time: 2:00 PM (2+ hours)
Where: Wild State Cider - 2515 W. Superior Street, Duluth, Minn.
Cost: $55
This class will be in the upper level of the venue. Stair access only. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before class.
Event must have a minimum of 7 participants. You will be notified if the minimum is not met.
Classes are non-refundable within 48 hours of the class date.
Contact me with any questions — I can’t wait to paint your lake with you! 🌊☀️
