Garre Liana, a certified breathwork instructor, will guide a calming breath meditation using simple, conscious breathing practices that are accessible to everyone. Throughout the meditation, Bob Ives will offer gentle Reiki drumming to support relaxation and presence, with the journey concluding in the peaceful sounds of the Peruvian flute as the sun rises over the Gulf.
