Guided Meditation for Fortune

What does it mean to be fortunate?

We often think of fortune as luck — being in the right place at the right time, meeting the right people, receiving an unexpected opportunity, or simply having things work in our favour.

But fortune can take many forms.

This guided meditation invites you to slow down and explore your own relationship with fortune: what you recognise, what you value, what you may overlook, and what you might cultivate more consciously.

During the evening, we will explore these questions through guided meditation and quiet observation, drawing inspiration from the Five Zambhalas — a traditional framework representing different dimensions of fortune.

You don't need to know anything about the Zambhalas beforehand.

Rather than telling you what fortune should look like, the meditation gives you space to notice your own experience. You may become more aware of what is already supporting you, where opportunities are appearing, or aspects of fortune that you haven't previously paid much attention to.

Following the meditation, there will be time for reflection and optional sharing. Hearing what others notice can be an interesting part of the experience — not because there is a correct interpretation, but because we don't all experience or recognise things in the same way.

Who can join?

Anyone who is curious is welcome.

You do not need previous meditation experience, and there is nothing you are expected to see, feel or achieve. The session is non-religious and does not require belief in the Zambhalas or any particular spiritual tradition.

Just come curious.
