Marnie has been leading Guided Meditation for over 7 years. She combines the healing frequencies of sound with gentle journey work and each session is a new venture into self-healing. You can dive deep or simply come to relax, the choice is completely up to you. DETAILS
AGE: 12 and up; persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and must be quiet and respectful
SKILL LEVEL: no skills necessary
WHAT WE PROVIDE: each person will have the use of 1 thick yoga mat, 1 blanket, and 1 small pillow, and an eye pillow; extra blankets, extra mats, extra pillows and bolsters may be used on a first come first served basis
WHAT TO BRING: feel free to bring any extra cushions, pillows or blankets to make yourself comfortable
