Sip & Savor is an instructor-led wine exploration experience designed to make wine feel approachable, social, and easy to understand. The focus is on discovery rather than analysis, helping you notice what you enjoy and feel more confident choosing wine in everyday settings.
Led by Suzanne Bonham, the session invites you to swirl, sniff, and taste a curated selection of wines through guided tasting and facilitated discussion. Along the way, you’ll explore basic elements of flavor, texture, and balance through clear, conversational instruction without jargon or pressure.
This experience is designed for enjoyment first, with learning woven in naturally. Wine is used as a tool for guided exploration, allowing you to better understand how grape variety, region, and winemaking influence what’s in the glass while keeping the focus on comfort, curiosity, and ease.
