Need to wind down after a busy week? Join Spa Owner, Maxine's regular Guided Meditations in the Spa's Thermal Rooms. Let go of the stresses and strains of your life and quieten your mind as Maxine guides you through the session and helps you to drift into a state of deep relaxation. All cocooned in our beautiful Thermal Rooms. We focus on a different theme each month. No experience of meditation necessary.7-8pm, £10pp payable in advance.
