This session will focus on mind and body connection. Join McKenzie and Lynda as you experience an hour of guided relaxation! This session will combine a guided imagery meditation, live music, sound healing, and reiki. McKenzie will lead the group in a guided imagery meditation. This type of meditation allows you to reach a state of calm and relaxation through personal imagery. This meditation will allow you to experience a place from your memory or of your own creation by mentally utilizing your 5 senses. While leading you through the mediation, McKenzie will also play some light guitar.
While McKenzie is leading the group in meditation, Lynda will simultaneously be providing sound healing and reiki to members of the group. She will work intuitively to enhance the relaxing effects of the meditation by providing sound healing and reiki based on the perceived needs of each group member.
Chairs will be provided. Groups members are encouraged to bring blankets and/or pillows if you wish to lay down to enhance your experience.
The cost is $20/person and we are asking that individuals register ahead of time. This can be done at
