Meet Your Future Self is a guided hypnosis workshop designed to help you slow down, look ahead, and reconnect with the person you are becoming.

What if you could have a conversation with the version of yourself who has already lived through what you are facing today?

Through guided hypnosis and visualization, you'll step into a future where you can explore what's possible, ask the questions that matter most, and notice what stands out along the way. Sometimes a different perspective is all it takes to see your next step more clearly.

You might leave with greater clarity around:

No experience is needed. Whether this is your first hypnosis session or you've experienced hypnosis before, you're welcome here.

Everything is provided, including yoga mats, blankets, and materials. Simply wear comfortable clothing and come with an open mind.
