Rachael Zen invites you to join us Thursday October 10th at 6 pm at PLCA Q1/Qspot for a Guided Chakra Meditation with Tibetan singing bowls. This meditation promotes balance and harmony between your seven chakras. Rachael will guide you on a journey to open and energize your chakras with the healing power of her chakra set of Tibetan singing bowls.
Please bring a pillow or yoga mat if you wish, or sit in a chair to promote optimal relaxation.
This is a free event and open to all Paradise Lakes residents and guests.
Ladies, please feel free to stay after meditation for a WINR (Women in Nude Recreation) meeting at 7.
