Guided Breathwork Journey | Boulder, CO
About this Event
Modern life rarely gives us the opportunity to truly slow down. Between work, relationships, responsibilities and the constant pull of our attention, it's easy to lose touch with ourselves.
This guided breathwork journey offers a supportive space to slow down, unwind, and reconnect through a facilitated practice of intentional breathing. Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional processing, greater presence, or simply an evening to reconnect with yourself, you are welcome here.
Our breath is unique because it functions both automatically and voluntarily. By intentionally changing the way we breathe, we can gently shift our state of awareness and create space to connect more deeply with our bodies, emotions, and inner experience. This journey is a moment to connect with the wisdom that lives within each of us.
Every journey is unique. Some participants experience physical sensations such as trembling, warmth, sighing, or tears. Others notice emotional release, deep relaxation, clarity, meaningful insights, or a greater sense of connection. Some describe experiences that feel deeply spiritual, though this is different for everyone. Rather than striving for a particular outcome, this practice invites you to be open and trust the wisdom of your own experience.
This is a sober practice. Through intentional breathing, music, and a supportive environment, we create the conditions for a deeply personal inner experience. This is an invitation to meet yourself exactly as you are, with curiosity, compassion, and presence.
The journey will consist of the following:
- An opening circle to drop into the space together
- 75 minutes of facilitated breathwork
- A shared moment of stillness at the end of the journey
- A sharing circle to express any insights or experiences (sharing is optional)
Please bring the following:
- An eye mask or covering (optional)
- A cozy blanket or layers for warmth
- A yoga mat or pad (the event space has thin cushioned mats available to use so only bring if you would like additional cushioning to lay on)
- A water bottle
- An open heart and open mind
Please avoid eating a heavy meal within two hours of arriving.
