About Nadia Josse – Well with Nadia

Nadia Josse is a NYC‑based breathwork coach, founder of Well with Nadia. She empowers individuals through transformative breathwork that releases stagnant energy, opens the heart, and cultivates clarity and creativity. Nadia’s journey began with yoga, meditation, Reiki, and pranayama after moving to New York in 2010, eventually training under renowned teachers David Elliot and Erin Telford. With both group classes and private sessions available live and via Zoom, Nadia’s style is warm, inclusive, and deeply rooted in emotional healing. Her mission is to help people trust their own power, heal from within, and breathe into growth, calm, and confidence.
