Guided Beach Meditation

BOCA RATON, We're back for 2025!

Feeling stressed out or overwhelmed? Need some space and time to relax? Unwind? Regroup? Seeking tranquility? Connection? Inner peace from the chaos of life? Reduce stress?

Meditating helps us build mental muscles and mental strength, so that when our world feels chaotic or stressful, we have the mental ability and strength to ground or center ourselves with our breath and managing our racing thoughts.All levels, especially beginners, are welcomed.

Tickets are $10 per person. In honor of my birthday and Thanksgiving this month, we're offering buy one ticket BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE.

Join Dani La Barrie, Licensed Psychotherapist, Heartbreak Recovery & Confidence Coach, for a Guided Beach Meditation. We gather the second Saturday of every month, at South Beach Park in Boca Raton. We meet in between Lifeguard Stand #2 and #3, just north of South Beach Park Pavilion (400 N State Road A-1-A, Boca Raton, FL 33432). Look for a large "Meditation with Dani La Barrie" sign.

No meditation experience is required. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, sheet, or towel (whatever you're most comfortable with). If you suffer from lower back pain, you're welcome to bring a cushion, pillow, or lawn chair. Bring water; wear sunscreen, a hat, and comfortable clothes. Come solo or bring friends :)
