Join us for our monthly, barefoot, meditative dance experience. All welcome and no experience needed. We dance in community, in silence, to move through our experience and come into a place of joy.
Doors open at 7:15 and opening circle starts at 7:30. Doors will be locked by 7:40pm so please come on time. Suggested $20 donation at the door, or PWYC.
Please stay home if you are sick so we can keep our community healthy.
The Guelph Groove is organized, hosted and facilitated by a dedicated core group of volunteers who is passionate about conscious, ecstatic dance.
