Guardian Self Storage Delinquent Storage Unit Auction

We will be conducting a delinquent or abandoned storage unit auction on Wednesday, July 15th at 2 p.m. They will sell - AS IS WHERE IS. Delinquent storage unit owners or their representatives will not be permitted to purchase unit for any sum under what is owed. No photos, as we will be opening the unit doors that day. After opening, the public will have 5-6 minutes to look into the unit. the entire contents will be auctioned off as one lot.
TERMS:CASH ONLY! - a 10% buyers premium will be added to the hammer price and a $100.00 refundable deposit when you clean out the unit and have everything taken off site.
Past auctions have uncovered comic books, vending machines, mid-century furniture, retro clothes, Baby boomer / Star Wars toys, power tools, motorcycle and auto parts, appliances, bicycles, skate boards, fishing equipment, antiques, vintage, mod-century and art deco stuff, Holiday items, collectibles, wood furniture, building supplies, grills, money, jewelry, vending machines, boxes and tubs and more. You NEVER know what treasures we will find! Winning bidders will have 3 to 4 days to clean-out units.
