Join this EOS 101 Workshop to master the proven EOS Model and its six key components—Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction. Through interactive exercises and a provided workbook, you’ll apply two tangible tools live: the Vision/Traction Organizer (VTO) and Quarterly Rocks. Leave ready to implement changes that deliver immediate clarity, discipline, and accountability.

Brett Dubsky is a Professional EOS Implementer® and founder of EAA Solutions, a leadership and management consulting firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurial organizations implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to achieve vision, traction, and healthy growth.

With extensive experience in operations and manufacturing consulting, Brett guides leadership teams through the practical EOS tools and processes that strengthen the six key components of any entrepreneurial company.

He is passionate about equipping leaders with simple, timeless concepts that deliver real results, helping them get a grip on their business and build one of the truly great organizations.

PARKING:

Please ensure you are parking in the designated Bounce Parking areas, reference the "Bounce member, tenant and visitor parking" areas listed below. Any parking outside of this area is not under the designation of Bounce and subject to private ticketing/fines. There is ADA accessible parking spots directly in front of the Bounce main entrance, labeled as "Bounce short-term visitor parking" on the supplied map.

WORKSHOPS REQUIRE ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND ARE FREE TO BOUNCE CLIENTS AND $5 FOR NON-CLIENTS

This event is open to all entrepreneurs looking to take their business beyond the startup phase. Bounce clients, including tenants, remote tenants and monthly Generator members, can attend for free, but are still required to register. All other entrepreneurs are asked to pay a $5 fee. Seating is limited. All participants are welcomed to enjoy free coworking at Bounce for the entire day.
