GTE is a development-first program focused on skill growth, basketball IQ, confidence, and character — on and off the court.Athletes train 2–3 nights per week with intentional, high-rep practices. Competition and exposure are introduced based on readiness and team level, not rushing the process.
• Developmental teams focus on fundamentals and confidence
• High school teams have planned exposure opportunities
• March is primarily a training month
• Season expectations, schedules, and fundraising options are reviewed with parents before teams are finalized during parent zoom meeting following try outs.
