2026 Hoopin' for Health 3v3 Basketball Tournament

Join us for the annual Hoopin’ for Health 3 v 3 Basketball Tournament, a premier event dedicated to promoting healthier lifestyles. Hosted by Lakeland Regional Health in partnership with the West Central Florida YMCA and sponsored by GNC, this exciting tournament offers a day of fun, fitness, and friendly competition.

Court and Ball

The game of 3x3 (with 1 sub) is played on a half court.

Teams

Each team shall consist of 4 players (3 players on the court and 1 substitute)

Registration fees are non-refundable.

Schedule:

- Check-in Opens: 7:30 AM

- Warm-ups: 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM

- High School Edition: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM

Adult Tournament: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
