About Gill Hall: Gill is a food science graduate with international experience in research and development at Unilever. She is the 3rd generation owner of Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses, working alongside her sons. Based in rural Lancashire, they produce traditional cheeses like Mrs. Butlers Farmhouse Lancashire, alongside modern innovations like the famous Blacksticks Blue and Kidderton Ash soft goats' cheese.

Gill is passionate about quality, sustainability, and community, believing that rural communities should be nurtured, and that business should be a force for good.
