This session introduces child care leaders to AI tools that support business operations. Participants will explore practical uses of AI, learn prompt writing techniques, and apply AI tools to improve existing business documents such as child care policies, schedules, or communications.
Training Objectives:
•List at least three AI tools relevant and describe their primary functions
•Demonstrate how to write effective prompts to assist with tasks like drafting policies
•Apply an AI tool to improve or redesign one of their existing business documents
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
