The truth is, many women are carrying far more than anyone realizes.
They're leading teams, businesses, organizations, households, and communities. They're showing up for everyone else while quietly managing stress, burnout, grief, disappointment, pressure, and expectations.
And somewhere along the way, many have lost touch with themselves.
Not because they failed.

That's why the W.O.M.E.N. in Leadership Conference Tour exists.
This year's theme, Leading Without Losing Yourself, is an invitation to pause, reflect, reconnect, and reclaim the parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath responsibility, performance, and survival.
