Beginnings are often hidden beneath the surface or overlooked by the outcome. Beginnings often happen in the moment we ask a question, or consider an opportunity. And sometimes they happen within an ending, transition, or fallow period. The vast power of a beginning is buried deep within us like the potency of a seed or a bulb. All that is needed is tucked deep within.

Join JJ and Angee for a unique experience to uncover the soil of the self. We will breathe, move, rest, and germinate—practicing pranayama, asana, meditation, and chanting and guided by the drum and gong. We gather together a community of many, celebrating our potent power potential!
