Summer Solstice Sound Flow on June 20th will include a longer flow. Violinist Amber Lovatto will provide sound throughout the flow and in Savasana.
This class will include community connection, yoga, sweet sounds, and a sun tea ceremony. We will spend a bit of extra time together to kick off summer in the greenhouse!
Join us for a rejuvenating 75-minute yoga flow surrounded by lush greenery! This event is ideal for anyone seeking to connect with nature's magic and discover inner peace. You will be guided through profound meditations and poses to help you recharge and relax, and the session concludes with a 15-30-minute sound bath savasana. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to practice yoga in a serene and beautiful setting. Grab your mat and grow with us!
