Bec East will share her knowledge around women's health including areas such as perimenopause, hormones, menstural cycles, weight management and general health and wellness.
Emily Argus, pharmacist, will share about the importance of gut health not only for our digestion, but our mood, skin, hormones and more.
Kristi Cleary, teacher, will share her journey of growth through loss and how she continues to navigate motherhood and her wellness through grief.
