Join us for Grow and Groove, a women-only R&B yoga experience centered around mindfulness, growth, self-love, movement, and connection. ✨
About this Event

Take time to pour into yourself, move your body, and groove to some good music in a welcoming and uplifting space. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, this class is all about feeling good, being present, and connecting with yourself and others.

⚠️ Class will begin at 1:00 PM.

Bringing your own yoga mat is HIGHLY encouraged. Yoga mats will also be available to rent for an additional fee.

Your ticket includes:
• A pair of grip socks
• A wellness goodie bag to take home and enjoy
