There are Four (4) Options for attending our February 2025 Trip to New York Fashion Week:
1. Hotel Only (Feb. 6th - 9th): Does not include Group Activities or Individual Travel Package
2. Fashion Week Add-Ons Only (Does not include Group Activities or Individual Travel Package): Hairstyling, Make-Up, Photographer, Model Bootcamp, and/or After Party
3. Group Activities Option, with or without Hotel (Feb. 6th - 9th Only)
4. Individualized/Customized Travel Package, with or without Hotel

Fashion Week Packages Tailored to You!
Choose from 1-Day or 3-Day Fashion Forward Adventures, to 5-Day or 6- Day Fashion Extravaganza Experiences! Our Fashion Week Packages range from $250.00 - $1,500.00+/Person, as we are able to accommodate the various travel budgets of our customers.
*Anyone buying he Group Activities Package or Individual Package must pay the one-time, non-refundable, upfront Fashion Week Planning Fee of $100.00 per person. This Planning Fee is already included in our Fashion Week Travel Packages. This fee secures your spot for our Group Activities Package or Individual Travel Package.
The mandatory Planning Fee of $100.00 grants each Traveler the following professional travel services before, during, and after the trip, and are provided by Vic F. - Trip Host, frequent Fashion Week Attendee, Fashion Insider, Lifetime Visitor to NYC, & Licensed Travel Agent:

3. Accommodations Coordination, Research & Referrals
4. NYFW Ticketing Assistance & Event Recommendations

All Fashion Week Packages below include the mandatory Fashion Week Planning Fee of $100.00 Per Person. Early Bird Prices start at:
1-Day Package: $250.00 (Any Day from February 6th - 11th, Group Activities or Non-Group Activities - Includes General or VIP Entry to at least 1 Fashion Show)
3-Day Package: $450.00 for Group Activities (Feb. 6th - 9th only)/
$550.00 for Non-Group Package (Any 3 consecutive days from Feb. 6th - 11th; Includes General Entry and/or VIP Entry to at least 3 Fashion Shows)
5-Day Package: $650.00 for Group Activities (Feb. 6th - 9th only)/
$750.00 for Non-Group Package (Any 5 consecutive days from Feb. 6th - 11th - Includes General Entry and/or VIP Entry to at least 5 Fashion Shows)
6-Day Package: $850.00 for Group Activities (Feb. 6th - 9th only)/
$950.00 for Non-Group Package (Any 5 consecutive days from Feb. 6th - 11th - Includes General Entry and/or VIP Entry to at least 6 Fashion Shows)
Fashion Week Add-Ons: Hairstyling ($200.00), Make-Up ($150.00), Photographer ($300.00), After Party ($200.00), Model Coaching/Walking/Posing Bootcamp ($150 for a 2 Hour Bootcamp Session)
Sponsorship Opportunities Available! Sponsorship starts at just $1,000.00. In exchange for your generous sponsorship, the name and logo of your brand or organization, along with your brand's/organization's websites, logos and social media handles, will be prominently displayed and mentioned in the extensive and frequent online global advertising being done for this Trip.
FYI: Travel Packages & Add-Ons are Priced Per Person. There is an extra charge per person for those who want VIP Seats instead of General Entry Seats at the fashion shows.
Payment Plans Available! To qualify for a Payment Plan, the upfront, non-refundable Planning Fee of $100.00 must be paid in full before any travel planning services can be rendered.

Hotel Option Only (Feb. 6th - 9th): A $50 non-refundable Room Holding Fee secures your room at 1 of our 2 Official Hotels in Midtown Manhattan - (1) Comfort Inn Manhattan - Midtown West and (2) Hotel Stanford. There are only A FEW ROOMS LEFT, and at DEEPLY DISCOUNTED RATES. DM Vic on how to get these discounts. If staying at one of our Official Hotels, whether you're staying 1, 2, or 3 nights, all Guests must check in 9 pm ET Thurs., Feb. 6th. Upon check-in, all Attendees must pay the hotel the refundable security deposit charged by the hotel using a credit card or debit card, and present a government-issued photo ID. This deposit will be released back to your card within 24-72 hours after check-out, assuming you leave the room in good condition.
The Room Holding Fee is due January 15th, and the remaining balance for your hotel stay is due January 22nd. The remaining balance is refundable through January 22nd, minus a 25% cancellation fee. Starting January 23rd, a 50% cancellation fee applies, and no partial or full refunds will be issued on any prepaid amount starting January 26th. The deadline to pay for your hotel room in full is 5:00 pm local time Tuesday, Feb. 4th.
Note: You can purchase the Hotel Option only, OR the Hotel Option along with a Fashion Week Package (Group Activities Package or Individual Package). If you prefer to stay at a different property other than at our Official Hotels, for a one-time Accommodations Research Fee of $50.00 we will conduct an Accommodations Search to provide you with multiple properties in NYC to choose from that meet your budget, needs, and preferences.
Fashion Week Planning Fee (for Those Doing the Group Activities Package or Individual Package): A $100 non-refundable, upfront Planning Fee applies if you hire Events By Vic to grant you access to the Group Activities Package, or to plan and curate a 1-6 Day Individualized Fashion Week Experience for You. Payment Plans are available for all Travel Packages and Add-Ons, with the $100 Planning Fee being paid upfront. The 1-, 3-, 5-, and 6-Day Fashion Week Packages and Add-ons are 50% refundable through January 20th, 25% refundable through January 25th, and non-refundable starting January 26th.
The final deadline to pay for any and all Travel Packages and Add-Ons (Hair, Makeup, Photography, After Party, Personal Stylist, Model Bootcamp) is February 4th.
