Using the power of the breath, you will drop you into an altered state of consciousness, creating a safe opportunity for your body to discharge stored, stagnant energy and emotion.
It's hard to create new ways of being when your nervous system is unconsciously stuck in the past, holding onto the imprints of your experiences. Your life will always reflect the state of your nervous system, and the ways it holds onto stress. Using science backed tools like breathwork to help your body release and regulate creates lasting change.
