Harvest • Worth • Reciprocity
Lughnasadh, also known as Lammas, marks the first harvest — the moment when effort meets outcome. This is the season of honest assessment. What has grown? What hasn’t? Where has your energy been invested — and has it returned to you?
In this 2.5-hour guided candle ritual, you’ll work intentionally with the energy of the first harvest to create a candle that reflects worth, sustainability, and fair exchange. Through teaching, meditation, journaling, and hands-on candle creation, you’ll clarify one focused intention rooted in value — not overexertion.
This isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about aligning effort with what truly sustains you.
𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒀𝒐𝒖’𝒍𝒍 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆
• A grounding opening ritual to set protected, intentional space
• Teaching on the deeper meaning of Lughnasadh and the first harvest
• A guided meditation to identify what has ripened — and what no longer deserves your energy
• Time for journaling and reflection to clarify a focused intention around worth and reciprocity
• Hands-on candle creation infused with your intention at every stage
• Guidance on how to work with your candle once you take it home
• A shared, intentional group setting designed to foster meaningful connection and grounded seasonal practice
This is an honest, reflective experience — not hustle culture dressed up as ritual.

You’ll choose from a curated selection of fragrance oils that reflect harvest energy, stability, and grounded worth.
Available scents include:
• Cedarwood – stability, earned strength, grounded value

• Cinnamon – activation, effort, forward movement
• Clove – discernment, boundaries, wise decision-making
• Vanilla – reward, comfort, satisfaction
• Patchouli – material balance, effort-to-return exchange
You’ll blend 2–3 scents to create a personalized fragrance aligned with your intention. Or you may choose to just stick with one scent, no complications.

This workshop is an intentional and symbolic experience. Candles are created as tools for reflection and alignment, not as guarantees of specific outcomes. This class is not a substitute for medical, legal, or mental health care.
𝑪𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑰𝒏𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏
Lughnasadh invites you to pause and ask an honest question: Is what I’m tending also tending me?
Harvest requires truth — and truth is a form of power.
True power is steady.
