Group Sekhem Healing

Coming together as a group, Rachel (Sekhem Master Teacher) will hold space for us all. Guiding us and protecting our energy individually as we prepare to open up our soul, body and mind to Sekhem 

Sekhem elevates our vibrational frequency and helps us achieve our full potential by breaking down that which no longer serves us, clearing blockages and restoring balance to your entire being. It may assist in managing worries, irritability, fears, stress, grief, pain, hurt, tension, emotional turmoil, demotivation, confusion, sleep difficulties and vitality.

Sekhem is a form of channelled energy healing that can be administered through the hands of the practitioner to the client or remotely similar to reiki. Rooted in the ancient wisdom and healing of Egypt, the pyramids, and the sun.

Particpants report benefits such as:

• Reduce stress and tension
• Improved emotional regulation
• Enhanced focus and clarity
• Support with low motivation and overwhelm

In ancient times, the practice of Sekhem was primarily reserved for the priesthood in Ancient Egypt and is referred to in hieroglyphics as spiritual force/might. In 1980, following the surge of Reiki, the earth's energy began to rise and Sekhem was reintroduced to our planet and rediscovered by Patrick Zeilger and Helen Belot.
