Join the Strong Runners and Adrianna From Benchmark PT at Big Peach Running Company, Alpharetta for a fun group run & informative foam rolling / injury prevention / stretching clinic. Post run refreshments, too! Bring a foam roller if you have one, yoga mat, dry shirt or sweatshirt so you are comfortable post run.
The Strong Runners will run 8 miles on an out / back route. If you do not want to run that far, that's ok, just turn around early! Here is the route:
