Group Restorative Yoga Class

Yoga/Energy Enhancement/Uplifting Yoga provides a way to center yourself, build peace and relaxation into a busy life, and nurture one’s body. Kristin’s yoga sessions combine a focus on physical wellness with supportive techniques that are sure to leave you energized and revitalized. Her guided meditations will help you connect with nature’s healing energy. These sessions greatly improve your self-awareness, energy flow and overall state of wellness.

In Person Group Yoga Class

Saturdays: 12:00-1:00pm *Registration required

$15 per Class/$130 for 10 Classes

Our Group Yoga Class includes:

Basic hatha yoga – gentle and restorative

Optional Foot Massage

Back Tapping (using base of fists repetitively gently tapping relieving stress and tension)

Breath Awareness Practice
