Group Past Life Regression & Sound Bath with Terry Levitan

Join licensed hypnotherapist, R.N., and Annapolis Crystals Co-owner Terry Levitan for this guided group past life regression, where you'll be led to experience positive and insightful memories from your past in order to bring more wisdom and perspective into your life now.

Whether you're new to the world of hypnotherapy and past lives, or have experienced this work before, this event is the perfect environment for you to explore past life regressions in a relaxed small group setting. No two past life sessions are ever the same, and there's always more to explore!

What To Expect

Participants are asked to bring blankets, pillows, or yoga mats to create a cozy and comfortable "nest" to lie down during our session. Terry will lead the group in an exploratory conversation prior to the session beginning, where you'll anchor into a happy place in your life that will keep you grounded and at ease throughout the class.

Then, Terry's soothing voice and intuitive hypnotherapy techniques will lead you deeper into a state of relaxation, so you can connect into the subconscious mind in order to engage memories of past lives.

Following the session, there will be time for reflection and discussion as well as recording any experiences you'd like to jot down—we recommend bringing a journal for this purpose!

About Terry Levitan

Terry is one of the co-owners of Annapolis Crystals and brings a grounded, trusted wisdom to her spiritually-centered work. A retired RN with nearly 40 years of experience working in Neonatal Intensive Care, maternal health, and hospice, Terry is an empath through and through. Now, Terry is a Certified Hypnotherapist through the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists and specializes in past life exploration and chakra healing.
