Join us for our free weekly Meditation & Spiritual Exploration Group at the School of Metaphysics. Each week, we gather to learn, practice, and deepen meditation together. You’ll be guided in developing your own personal practice, and we’ll open space for meaningful discussion before and after meditation to explore metaphysical and spiritual teachings.This is a supportive and welcoming environment where you can connect more deeply with your Self and with others on a similar path.
