This spring, join us in shared stillness. Whether you are taking your first steps on the path or deepening an existing practice, our monthly 1-hour meditation sessions offer a quiet retreat.
Under the guidance of the Abbess of Buddha Mind Monastery, we will practice meditation together to cultivate peace, clarity, and mindfulness. No prior experience is needed; all that is required is a willing heart.
