Have an easier, more comfortable & more confident birth with Marie Mongan's HypnoBirthing™ - the original hypnobirthing course, accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.HypnoBirthing™ is a way of birthing that uses specific breathing, relaxation & self-hypnosis techniques (hypnosis simply being deep relaxation) to help women achieve a calm, relaxed & gentle birth, allowing her & her partner to enjoy their incredibly special day.
The HypnoBirthing™ Course benefits not just mums, but also her birth partner, teaching them how to be the support that mum will need and giving them confidence in their specific and vital role.
The HypnoBirthing™ Course is a complete antenatal course, consisting of FIVE 2.5 hour classes held weekly in Tenbury Wells. It can be taken anytime from 13 weeks (the beginning of your second trimester), but between 20 & 25 weeks is ideal (you have a bigger bump to bond with).
However, if you don’t discover HypnoBirthing™ till later in your pregnancy (like me!) don't worry, it is never too late - I’ve taught couples at 38 weeks who still went on to have great births.
We’re ecstatic here at Blissful Births to have taught well over 100 couples and feel privileged to have been a part of their pregnancy & birthing journeys, supporting and preparing them for one of the most incredible experiences of their lives.
Aswell as the 12.5 hours of teaching that you will receive (there is no quick fix to eliminating our life-long instilled fear of childbirth!), you will also receive a copy of Marie Mongan's world-renowned book “HypnoBirthing : The breakthrough approach to safer, easier, comfortable birthing”, your own beautifully illustrated Course Workbook, containing all the information you will need, and the Course-Exclusive Rainbow Relaxation Guided Meditation, which helps you condition your body to reach deep relaxation quickly & easily.
Class sizes are kept small to allow plenty of one-on-one attention, so booking your place sooner rather than later is recommended.

Aswell as teaching group courses I also teach the course privately (for one or more couples) face-to-face in your own home or over Zoom.
