Group Hypnobirthing course. Led by an experienced Midwife and hypnotherapist, you will learn:🙌 What the body is doing during labour and birth
🙌 Birth in all scenarios and what to do stay in control
🙌 Hypnobirthing techniques
🙌 How your birth partner can help you at each stage
🙌 What questions to ask your caregivers
🙌 What to expect in the early days of parenting (if this is your first baby!)
The course runs on four consecutive Wednesday evenings in small, friendly groups in my home. The classes are relaxed and fun, and will give you everything you need to feel in control and excited about your baby's birth.
