Group Chakra Tune-Up with Sound & Chant is a guided journey through the seven primary chakras, created to help you release accumulated tension, reconnect with your body, and restore a greater sense of balance from Root to Crown.
You will be gently guided into relaxation before moving through each chakra with visualization, intentional breath, traditional seed-syllable chanting, silence, and chakra-specific sound from singing bowls or tuning forks.
Together, we will journey through:
✨ Root for safety, grounding, and belonging
✨ Sacral for emotion, pleasure, and creativity
✨ Solar Plexus for confidence and personal power
✨ Heart for compassion, connection, and love
✨ Throat for truth and authentic expression
✨ Third Eye for clarity and inner knowing
✨ Crown for spiritual connection and expanded awareness
The experience concludes with a full Rainbow Flow, moving sound and awareness from Root to Crown and back again to support integration throughout the entire energetic system.
An Experience That Changes with the Energy
While the foundational seven-chakra journey remains consistent, each gathering is intuitively shaped by the season, the astrological atmosphere of the day, and what is arising within the collective.
Certain chakras, intentions, affirmations, or energetic themes may receive additional attention, making every gathering familiar in structure but unique in experience.
No two tune-ups are exactly the same.

No previous experience with chakras, chanting, meditation, or sound healing is required.
You may lie down or remain comfortably seated. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will help you feel supported, such as a blanket, pillow, eye covering, water bottle, or bolster.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so you can settle into the space without rushing. Arriving early honors yourself, the facilitator, the sacred container, and the other guests, allowing us to begin together on time.
