Sound Baths & Group Events

Sound baths are intentionally limited and often sell out. Because of this, all reservations are final.

• Cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) or more before the event may receive one credit toward the next scheduled sound bath – credits are non-transferable and may be applied to group sound baths only
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event, including same-day illness, are not eligible for credit, as the space may not be able to be filled.
• Transfers to another attendee are permitted with advance notice.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.

At Ahava's Wild Heart Experiences, we believe horses don't heal us — they create a space where we can begin to reconnect with ourselves.

Our experience begins with an introduction to our horses, allowing guests to experience their natural curiosity and gentle presence.

The horses will remain part of our surroundings throughout the experience, free to interact, observe, or simply share the space with us.

🍫 A Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony & Wild Horse Messages

Before transitioning into our sound bath, we will gather for a beautiful cacao ceremony.

Ceremonial cacao has been used for generations in traditional rituals as a way to encourage connection, gratitude, and intention.

Together, we will mindfully enjoy organic ceremonial cacao, allowing ourselves a moment to slow down, reflect, and set intentions for the experience ahead.

As part of this special ceremony, each guest will be invited to intuitively select a card from a beautiful deck featuring actual photographs of wild horse herds.

Each card carries its own meaningful message, offering an opportunity for personal reflection and connection.

We invite you to trust that the card you are drawn to carries the message meant for you in that moment.

Perhaps it will offer encouragement, inspiration, or simply a gentle reminder of something your heart already knows.

This meaningful ritual invites us to open our hearts to connection, both within ourselves and with the beautiful animals sharing our space.

🎶 Meet Eryn of Transcend Sound Healing

We are delighted to welcome Eryn, founder of Transcend Sound Healing, as our sound bath practitioner!

Eryn brings extensive professional training and certifications in Integral Sound Healing, Sound Therapy, Reiki, and mindfulness-based practices.

Through the soothing vibrations of alchemy singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, Eryn creates an immersive sound journey designed to encourage deep relaxation, grounding, and inner awareness.

Her passion for helping others reconnect with themselves beautifully complements the heart-centered experiences we share with our horses.

🌸 The Guided Meditation & EquiSound Bath Experience

Following our cacao ceremony, settle into a comfortable Adirondack chair, wrap yourself in a soft blanket, and prepare to embark on a beautiful journey.

✨ Your experience begins with a 10-minute guided meditation led by Eryn.

Through her calming voice and thoughtful guidance, Eryn will take you on a beautiful inner journey, inviting you to quiet the mind, release the distractions of everyday life, and gently reconnect with yourself.

This meditation creates a peaceful transition into the sound bath, allowing you to become fully present and receptive to the experience that follows.

🎶 Following the meditation, Eryn will guide you through a full 60-minute immersive sound bath.

Using alchemy singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, she creates layers of soothing sounds and vibrations that invite deep relaxation and stillness.

Throughout this beautiful experience, our horses will share the surrounding space, offering their quiet presence and natural curiosity.

There is something truly special about experiencing the vibrations of sound while surrounded by these magnificent animals.

No previous experience with horses, meditation, or sound baths is necessary. Just bring an open heart.

🌿 What to Bring & Wear

🐴 Closed-toe shoes are required for everyone's safety while around the horses.

💧 Bring water to stay hydrated throughout the experience.

👕 Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and fully enjoy the sound bath.

🍂 Since this is an outdoor experience in November, we recommend dressing in layers to stay comfortable as temperatures change.

✨ Soft blankets and comfortable Adirondack seating will be provided.
