Group Chakra Balancing

This in-person group class is designed to help you reset your nervous system and realign your energy through the full chakra system—from root to crown.

The chakras are your body’s energetic blueprint. When they’re blocked or out of balance, it shows up physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

In this class, we’ll use sound bowls, guided chakra meditation, Reiki, pendulums, and smoke medicine to clear stagnant energy and restore flow.

It’s part nervous system balm, part energetic tune-up, part “what the hell is going on with me?”—and that’s kind of the point.
