Late Summer Stillness Sound Bath

As summer begins to soften and slow, we invite you to join us for an evening of rest, reflection, and sound healing.

This MySoulSpace sound bath will guide you into the stillness of the season — a sacred pause between the fullness of summer and the transition into fall. Through guided meditation, breath awareness, and the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, the gong and other sound instruments, you’ll be invited to ground your energy, release what’s no longer needed, and reconnect with your inner calm.

Location: We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering.

Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 6:30 PM.

What to Bring: Some light comfort is provided, but please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported — yoga mat, blanket, eye covering, bolster, water, etc.

Space is limited. Registration is required to reserve your spot.

Let the golden glow of late summer hold you. Come as you are — and allow yourself to simply be.
