Gill Harbach is a meditation and grounding teacher with over 30 years’ experience. She has taught grounding in schools and nurseries and practises it herself every day. Having experienced a traumatic childhood, she grew up ungrounded much of the time and learnt this effective technique as an adult from her Eastern-influenced meditation teachers. It transformed her life.
