For one day only, GROUNDED brings you a personalized immersive sensory experience, created by ROCKING VIBE and powered by lululemon.

GROUNDED is an intentional composition of movement, ritual, frequency, and the elements inside The Beach Hangar, an indoor beach volleyball facility transformed into a space designed to pull you out of the noise and back into your body.

At the heart of the experience is an immersive yoga practice on the sand, led by a lululemon Ambassador, Gina Phouttharath.

Surrounding the practice, each guest moves through sensory touchpoints, elemental moments, personal anchors, wellness offerings, and a take-home ritual chosen to extend the reset beyond the sand.

This is not a drop-in class. It is a curated sensory journey from arrival to aftercare.
